Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 29, 2026
KickBase ("KickBase," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information that may be collected, how it may be used, and the choices available to you when you use the KickBase mobile application and related services.

How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Provide and maintain KickBase features.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Store and display sneaker inventory information.
- Process uploaded shoe images for image-assisted recognition and autofill features.
- Verify access to subscription features.
- Diagnose errors, improve reliability, and prevent abuse or fraud.

Third-Party Services
KickBase may rely on third-party service providers to provide core app functionality. These may include Apple services for Sign in with Apple and in-app subscriptions, Firebase or Google Cloud services for authentication, database, storage, hosting, backend processing, and related infrastructure, and AI-related processing used for shoe image recognition where applicable.
Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy information provided by those services.
Photos and Image Processing
Photos are only accessed when you choose to provide them to KickBase. Images submitted for recognition may be transmitted to backend or AI processing services so the app can attempt to identify shoe details. Recognition results may be imperfect, and you should review them before saving.
Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and how it is used.
Your Choices and Data Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your KickBase account, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
Privacy requests can be sent to support@kickbase.co.
Children's Privacy
KickBase is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can review the matter.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown above. Continued use of KickBase after an updated policy becomes effective is subject to the revised policy.
