Subscriptions

If you purchased a KickBase subscription through Apple, billing and subscription management are handled through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple account subscription settings.

For help with your account or requests related to your data, email us and include enough information for us to identify the account associated with your request.

Bug Reports

When reporting a bug, please include your device model, iOS version, a description of what happened, and screenshots when possible.
